Case 1 - Mrs AC was 55 years old and her problem
was that she disliked her partial denture and her own
upper front teeth were uneven and discoloured. After
a full X-ray and clinical examination it was decided
that some implants on each side would replace the denture
and when the final restorations were placed we would
crown the existing upper front teeth as well and the
appearance of all the teeth could then be balanced for
size, shape and colour.
Five implants were placed, three on one side and two on the other to carry fixed bridges, and when the final bridges were fitted porcelain bonded crowns were fitted to the two upper front teeth. This produced a much more pleasing appearance. Mrs AC’s only regret about the treatment was that she had not had it done before!

Case 2 - Mrs. SW had an unfortunate fall and smashed her two fron teeth. These were replaced using two implants and two procera crowns to produce a very natural result. |
