Let me explain why I came to this dentist. I usually go to a different dentist and it’s one I’ve been going to for years which is near where I live. I broke some of my teeth in the rear and I went and got a filling at my usual dentist. However within 1 week the filling had come off and a small gap between the tooth and my gum started to appear. My usual dentist at another surgery is not very good as she doesn’t explain things well and doesn’t keep me at ease. I am one of the people who has phobias of dentists, and she doesn’t really help that ether.Once looking around for another dentist I came across Chelmer village dental surgery and I made an appointment. They said they would see me the next day which surprised me how quick they were because my previous dentist took 3 months to book me in and I got cancelled on 3 times before I could see her. So calling Chelmer villiage dental on the Monday and being booked for the Tuesday next day was amazing.I came in and the receptionist was very nice and and I had to fill in a few electronic forms on a tablet and the dentist Joe was ready to see me in no time. I explained to Joe how I have a phobia of coming to the dentist and he put me at ease throughout the whole process. He spoke to me about everything he was doing and kept me informed throughout. He also let me take a breather after each part of the procedure to when get my filling. I can’t fault this place, my experience here was wonderfulAlso credit to Debbie who was the dental hygienist I believe. Joe and Debbie were very nice and I would really recommend seeing Joe if you are a very nervous person who doesn’t like coming to the dentist as I promise you, you will leave feeling like you want to come back.Thank you guys and see you again soon!

Professional friendly service from Mark at Chelmer Village Dental Practice.

Although I cannot claim to enjoy going to the dentist, I am looked after at this practice by Dr Mark Glennie and seeing him is the closest it's going to get! Mark is thoroughly competent and a very good communicator, even though I would consider myself a moderately challenging patient when less comfortable treatments are underway. I would recommend Chelmer Village Dental Practice, as I have only ever felt accommodated there.

I have been a patient for over 15 years at this dentist and all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and I have never had a problem getting an appointment. Mark and Joe are excellent and I have recently had dental implants by Joe and am overjoyed with the results, I have told all my friends who were wary about implants to go to Joe as there is no pain and the results are just terrific!!

I have been a patient with Chelmer Village Dental since August 2019. I got nicely aligned teeth but my dental health is poor despite good dental hygiene.Dr. Mark has been my dentist from the start and he is brilliant. His diagnostics and predicted outcomes never went wrong with me. Being an Emergency Physician working for NHS, I’m really pleased with the service I had.They were very helpful even during the Covid 19 pandemic, offering me appointments whenever possible.A huge thank for all staff in Chelmer Village Dentist, especially Dr Mark. I would recommend them to anyone.

For many years i have been going to see Mark Glennie . He has done lots of work for me. I would rate him as the best dentist i have ever seen. I have seen lots over the years. Hes work is very professional and always has a calm friendly attitude towards me. Wont ever go elsewhere..Thank you!

Recently transferred to this dentist and I'm so glad we did. The female dentist and the assistent who saw myself and my son was amazing today! She engaged really well with him ran him through every step before doing it made him completely relaxed and involved in what was going on. He had to had a filling but you wouldn't know as the staff were amazing! Thank you so much

I have been with this dentist for over 4 years, every time I visit the staff are very welcoming !I love how they look after my teeth, I always receive compliments on how my teeth are and its because this place look after them!Do see the hygienist, she is lovely and extremely knowledgeable!

My wife and I have been seen by Mark Glennie for over 10 years. We are both very satisfied with the service given; whether regular check ups and treatment, or emergency treatment. Excellent quality and value for money. Professional and courteous. We have recommended him to friends without hesitation.
